Spinach and Mushroom Egg Casserole

Ingredients

  • 12 oz of crescent roll dough
  • 1 lb. of mushrooms
  • 1 bunch of spinach
  • 1 onion
  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 1 cup of cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Cut ingredients and saute in a pan.
  • Meanwhile, roll out crescent roll dough into slightly greased pan
  • Pour in hot ingredients
  • Mix in whisked egg and cheese
  • Bake for 25 minutes at 375 degrees F.
