Ingredients
- 500 grams of flour
- 6-8 eggs
- About 10 tablespoons water
- Salt
- 200 grams Emmentaler
- 200 grams mountain cheese
- 50 grams Limburger cheese
- 3 onion
Instructions
- Make a creamy dough with flour, eggs, water, and salt
- Do the cheese ruled????
- Cut onions into rings. Take out in a pot and caramerlize onion
- Do salt in a pot and let it rheat. Take the spatzlemaker and place the dough in the boiling water. Skim off the spatzle in a bowl and after each layer with cheese and spatzle.
- Serve the cheese spaetzle with steamed onions and green salad.
