Kasespatzle (Sabine_s Version)

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of flour
  • 6-8 eggs
  • About 10 tablespoons water
  • Salt
  • 200 grams Emmentaler
  • 200 grams mountain cheese
  • 50 grams Limburger cheese
  • 3 onion

Instructions

  • Make a creamy dough with flour, eggs, water, and salt
  • Do the cheese ruled????
  • Cut onions into rings. Take out in a pot and caramerlize onion
  • Do salt in a pot and let it rheat. Take the spatzlemaker and place the dough in the boiling water. Skim off the spatzle in a bowl and after each layer with cheese and spatzle.
  • Serve the cheese spaetzle with steamed onions and green salad.
