Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes (Russet, etc.)
- Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
Instructions
- Boil potatoes in a large pot al dente. About 15 minutes or so.
- Let potatoes cool.
- Grate potatoes into thin hash brown strips. This can be done using a cheese grater, mandoline, or very carefully with a knife.
- Heat oil in a pan and add cut potatoes.
- Cook until crispy.
Notes
Butter the skillet really well, even adding more butter between pancakes.
