Ingredients
- 2 ½ tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons table salt
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoons ground mustard
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients
- Add 2-3 teaspoons per pound of beef, this recipe makes enough seasoning for around 10 pounds of beef
Notes
When grilling burgers, make them flatter them normal to prevent balling of the meat. Cook 3-4 minutes on each side and remember to ONLY FLIP ONCE. Make a small indentation in the middle of the meat to prevent balling. If balling occurs, don’t try to flatten them because the juices will just be squeezed out.
