Ham and Egg Tart

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup cubed fully cooked ham
  • 1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 7 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced chives

Instructions

  • Saute onion in butter. Remove from heat and stir in ham.
  • Unroll crescent roll onto 13x9x2 pan 1 inch up the sides.
  • Spread with ham mixture.
  • In a bowl, beat eggs, add milk, salt, and pepper, stir in cheese.
  • Pour over ham and sprinkle with chives.
  • Bake at 375° for 23-28 minutes.
