Ingredients
- 3 avocados, halved and pitted
- 1/4 cup plum tomatoes, seeded and finely diced
- 1/4 red onion, finely diced
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely diced
- 2 tablespoons minced cilantro]
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mash the avocados. Fold in the remaining ingredients. Taste and adjust the seasonings as needed.
