Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro or dill
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1 1/2 cups plant-based mayo (or regular mayo if you’re about it)
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 1 1/2 tablespoons whole-grain mustard
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1 1/2 tablespoons water
