General Outline

Creme brulee can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge until ready to serve Beef wellington needs the oven at 425 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes and then some time to rest Mac and cheese needs the oven at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes

Hoping to eat at 5 o clock

Cheese sauce should take around 20 mins to make Mac and cheese in the oven at 3:30

Should start duxelles around 2:20, and sear beef around 2:40 Beef wellington should go into the fridge around 3:10 Beef wellington needs to rest in the fridge for 30 minutes 15-20 minutes of work after the fridge before oven ready Beef Wellington in the oven at 4

Salad can be made between 4 and 5

Feedback after making it:

Creme brulee can really be made any time, even the day before Duxelles can definitely be made quite a bit ahead of time and left to cool

Prep for the mac and cheese includes things like mincing garlic, making sure cheese is shredded, and cooking pasta.

Green peppercorn sauce can be made right after creme brulee
