Ingredients
- 1 lb. of pizza dough (actually just a guess)
Instructions
- Stretch out pizza dough into a rough circle slightly bigger than the diameter of your cast iron pan
- Cover loosely with plastic wrap or a towel and let proof for another 10 minutes, and up to an hour.
- Preheat oven to 475-500 degrees.
- Add pizza sauce, and ook the crust briefly on a stovetop for about 5 minutes. This helps with the rising of the dough I think.
- Add the rest of your toppings and throw in the oven for 18-29 minutes.
Notes
For this recipe, make sure that you don’t overdo it on the dough, as in too much in the cast iron. It is a common theme in your pizzas.
