Buttery Waffles

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ¾ cup milk
  • ⅓ cup butter, melted (or vegetable oil for a slightly healthier option)
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat waffle iron
  • Beat eggs in large bowl
  • Beat in flour, milk, butter, sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Spray preheated waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray (or lightly coat with vegetable oil).
  • Pour mix on to hot waffle iron. Serve hot or freeze for later.
